For the last two decades, Andrew Schwartzberg has been one of the most active affordable housing developers in the United States, having developed and operated more than 25,000 rental housing units across the country.  He has also been involved in the investment, development, and operations of multiple high-end shopping areas, including properties in Nashville, Tennessee, and large metro areas in Texas. 

Andrew graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, jumping head-first into the world of investment banking and investment management. His journey includes notable positions at Schroder Wertheim, Inc., SAC Capital Management, Inc., and Convergent Wealth Advisors, where he played instrumental roles in shaping investment strategies and fostering financial growth. 

Andrew and his wife Jaime have significant investment holdings across multi-asset class real estate, domestic and international sports franchises (including the Charlotte Hornets and Leeds United), and health and advanced biotech companies.  They are prolific philanthropists, recognizing that their financial success is best shared with those who are working to make the world a better place – locally, nationally, and globally.
