Nathan Post has over a decade of experience advising and operating biotechnology companies. He is focused on guiding teams in articulating and refining value hypotheses and aligning resources to establish, scale, and transform operations.

Nathan began his career as a strategy analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on CNS market access strategy and pipeline lifecycle management. Following Deloitte, he entered the biotechnology venture ecosystem and has since supported company development in both direct leadership and advisory roles.

At Indigo Agriculture, a Flagship Pioneering company, Nathan led the zero-to-one development of an online crop marketplace that became the company’s primary business line and accelerated sales of its existing portfolio of microbiological crop-input products. He subsequently served as Chief of Staff, working with board directors to onboard a new CEO and partnering with the executive team on product portfolio strategy, fundraising, and internal transformation.

Following Indigo, Nathan was Director of Finance, Strategy, and Operations at Matterhorn Biosciences, where he led all corporate operations, including establishing the company’s U.S. footprint and scaling business functions to support its growth. He also worked with company leadership to facilitate R&D and support strategic dialogue with the board.

Nathan received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Physics and Mathematics from Bowdoin College, where he served as captain of the rowing team.
